Production & lead time

• Sampling: Stock and custom samples ship within 3–5 business days.
• Production: Most wholesale orders complete in 15–30 days depending on quantity and customization.
• Peak season: Allow extra lead time ahead of Q4 holiday demand.

Shipping from Shenzhen

• Origin: All goods ship from our Shenzhen, Guangdong facility.
• Terms: We support EXW, FOB, and CIF — tell us your preference.
• Freight: Sea freight for full containers; air freight available for urgent or small orders.
• Destination: We ship worldwide, with extensive experience delivering to the U.S.

Sampling

We welcome small trial orders and will happily prepare a sample before you commit to a full production run. Private-label and OEM/ODM programs are available at volume.

Quality & defective items

Every order is inspected before shipment. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to the agreed Incoterms.
